RESPONSABILITA’:

  • Organizzare e controllare l’attività di ottimizzazione dei componenti elettrici/elettronici;
  • Verificare le anomalie di produzione del componente e verificarne la possibile soluzione con il team ed il proprio responsabile;
  • Collaborare al meglio con il gruppo per risolvere anche le piccole problematiche di produzione;
  • Perseguire gli obiettivi dell’azienda di cost reduction;
  • Raccogliere dal supervisor i dati per le ottimizzazioni del componente e portare avanti le modifiche richieste con l’utilizzo dei reparti di R&D;
  • Collaborare alla stesura delle modifiche, e far realizzare il prototipo per capire se la modifica è migliorativa o no;
  • Presentare un report sulla attività lavorative svolte con frequenza mensile;
  • Trasferire al gruppo di lavoro tutte le informazioni necessarie per completare le attività e comprendere le motivazioni degli errori svolti.


REQUISITI:

  • Esperienza minima di lavoro 1-2 anni;
  • Conoscenza componentistica elettrica/elettronica;
  • Disponibilità al trasferimento nella zona di lavoro;
  • Capacità di imparare velocemente e di mettersi in gioco;

Battery/Hybrid Control Engineer

Ruolo:

 Battery/Hybrid Control Engineer for Ferrari spa

We are looking for an individual to join our team of dedicated engineers to develop, implement and debug advanced controls and observers for High Voltage Battery and Hybrid Energy Management applications. This person will be highly motivated, able to analyze and create complex models and simplify it in order to design the best controller possible. This person will work collaboratively with many groups of application, simulation, and software engineers. Responsibilities Validate on real measurement of model build from simulation engineers. Design different type of automated controls in order to guarantee the limit operation condition. All this controls are involved in a larger system: the entire vehicle, so all the interaction between components must be take into account.

All the implemented logics must be tested in MIL (Model-In the –Loop) SIL (Software- In the –Loop) by the candidate. Support for the software and application engineers is needed to finish the test in HIL (Hardware- In the – Loop) and directly on the test bench or inside the vehicle.

The candidate should be able to suggest innovative solutions to improve the entire system performance or simplify the current state of art of the different strategy implemented by the Hybrid Control group.

Requirements:

  • > 1+ years of MATLAB/Simulink development.
  • > 1+ years of experience in development of advanced automatic controls. C coding and MISRA knowledge.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or PhD in Engineering, automation, electrical, electronic preferred.
  • One-plus (1+) years engineering experience in battery system control/estimation or electric machine controls.
  • Excellent technical skills in engineering, mathematics, and numerical methods.
  • Record of innovation is desirable: invention disclosures, patents, technical publications. Knowledge of the main tool for application and SW testing in automotive (Inca, DSpace).
  • Experience in electrical, thermal measurement including verification of measurement precision/tolerance.
